I agree with D thymus, because thats what it looks like, but can anyone explain if there is an association with Wilms tumor and nephroblastoma? Or is it just a normal thymus in a child? Thanks.

and yes there is an association... nephroblastoma occurs in young children... and thymus appears as large as seen on CT in the same age group... and CT is done for diagnosis/prognosis of the disease in these patients... I hope you got it..its just the relationship of the AGE with the findings
