are there any questions about this q? the only thing i would say is that Id consider disulfiram only if pt came to my office requesting it. And Id let the Al Anon people refer him for disulfirm if needed.

i thought this q was straight forward. good q Dr Virgo

I agree with you. B is the best long - term treatment. This information is both in BRS and Kaplan!

I agree with B, but I think the BEST treatment would be a threat to fire him!!
