Dear BBB:
I am an IMG and have 95 from Step 1 , plan to take Step 2 CK in July and Step 2 CS in August. If I apply in September, I won't have Step 2 CS results yet. Is this going to negatively affect my chances for an interview?

sorry forgot this part of my question... once I get CS results and send copies to the programs I already applied for, will they accept this as an "update" of my application?

Apply as soon as you can. As updates are available, the program has to download the new information.

Thanks, BBB.. so it's not a big deal that I won't have my CS results by the time I apply ? i was concerned that they may not invite me for interviews because of that...

They won't invite you for interviews if your application comes in too late either. It's double edge sword.
