Hi all
I have B1/B2 multiple entrance visa for one year, it will be valid until Feb 2007
When entered the US, at the airport they gave me I 94 which states my first trip in US will last until Agust 2006.
I would like to stay until sep or october to sit for step 3. I can not apply for it until beginning of september when my CS result will be released
How can i explain to the immigration offcie to ask for a prolongation of my I94?
