thanku lecheah & mjl1717.lecheah,followed ur advise. my schedule went on like this. took avil 25 at 8pm. slept at 11. woke up at 6:30. felt slight dizziness unlike other days (due to medication???). started nbme2 at 9am and scored 220. got 230 with nbme1 about 10 days back. so what do u suggest? my only fear is if i dont get sleep the day before due to tension i will spoil the whole exam. forum senior members robin082006,msyamp,star1, drk1980,achilles, DrVirgo etc pls help me as my exam is fast approaching and i also want advise from u guys regd this. all the best.....

Oh I'm sorry I thought they were 230 and so in the nbme and I was shocked. No no, you've a good score and you've gotta keep yourself composed in order to do equally well on the exam. You can practice taking any sleeping pill a week or so before the exam, so that you'd sleep before the exam. AND one thing more: DON"T think you've a problem sleeping. It'll BECOME a problem if you do so . Just relax. Your exam is going to be perfect. Have you tried sitting for 7 hrs in a row?
