i am doing an eye residency in israel.
is it possible to work in usa after having only fellowship there?
what is the situation in canada? please somebody respond, this is my big dilema

what i know is that you can only work as a specialist in USA if you did the whole residency and subspeciality (in that case) in USA according to USA rules.
