I know this might have been discussed before, but really, what is the significance of Step 3 SCORE?

i mean if you go for an interview with a weak step3 score, are they just happy that you just cleared STEP3 (assuming STEP 1 and 2 are good enough) or they consider Step3 score as important as the others?
