Hello there,
I would like to ask those who completed the PTAL question about forms L5 and L6.
It says that L6 is required only of international medical school graduates who completed any clinical clerkships outside of the primary teaching hospital (singular not plural hospitals) of their medical school. Well, I don't know how many medical schools have only one primary teaching hospital where they do all the clerkships. Not even here in the US. There are a bunch of teaching hospitals.
Are there people who only filled out form L5 and had different hospitals listed there and got it aproved by the Cali Board? I know people who went to the same school as I did, same grad year and only did L5 (Wwith different hospitals listed on it) and it was ok. But it was a few years back, so I don't know maybe it was different then.
