I just completed my exam today. I felt that time just flew. When I did NBME and other mock exams, I had lot of time left over. But in the real thing, I felt the time was just enough. There were a lot of Pathophys questions. Now I have to wait until the results.

As I said there were a lot of pathophysiology. It is not enough just to know the key features, key words. Need to know the mechanism behind diseases. For example I had a question asking what cells are responsible for Albright-McCune syndrome and what other findings would you find along with Hirschsprung Dz. Even though I don't know my score yet, if I had to do it all over again, I would study more pathphysiology. After I get my scores, I will post my preparation and the sources I used.
