A hypertension due to stenosis of right renal artery--> all renin, angiotensin, and aldosterone increase

Yes and this is most probably due to Athroslerosis

I agree with your reasoning, however I chose E) decrease Renin and increase Angiotensin and aldosterone, because I thought over time, (6 months), there will be an increase in BP, and this increase will send negative feedback to Renin, thus decreasing it. (a LOW renin Hypertension)

in renal artery stenosis, renin increases unless stenosis is repaired.

So there will be NO negative feedback to Renin? When will increase blood pressure cause -FB to renin thus decreasing it?

yes there is negative feedback for renin and that is on the intracellular level... that is controlled by the STRETCH of the vessels of JG apparatus... so unless the fluid volume isnt adequate in the vessels... renin keeps on increasin... there is no other HUMORAL factor that can control it... although some do talk about neuronal control of sympathetic drive but the parasympathetic system isnt there... so obviously the resting tone of sympathetic system might decrease but that has not much effect.. I dont know if you understood this or not :P but simply... renin is controlled by the plasma flow... I aint sayin blood flow here as it is the same even in anemia... the volume maters not the content...
