Diarhhea due to Staph toxin occurs early, 2-6 hours after ingestion.

how about entamoeba? no watery diarrhea?

AS far as i recall, Entameoba causes a dysentery. So if anything, the patient would at least have af ever. And likely also leukocytes in his stool.

C isthe answer
onset 1 to 6 hrs: Stap Aureus, Bacillus Cerus
onset 8 to 16 hrs: Clostridium Perferngins, Bacillus Cerus(Diahreal type)
Onset more that 16 hrs: Ecoli, slamonela, shigella C.jejuni

1 st don't assume that the diarrhea is related to a certain meal . may be his last meal wasn't the cause may be it yesterdays meal
