D is better

Most sleep apnea is peripheral (COPD, obesity).

Central: must have CNS signs or disease.

I'm still .

COPD is also a choice, but do people with COPD get sleep apnea (ONLY at night?)

Also the diaphragm is moving ok, so maybe it can't be central apnea...so i guess D would be the better answer.. Thanks.
