Sorry to post this one again, but I'm still not sure of the answer... SLE or JRA???

Lets try to come to a conclusion... and please EXPLAIN your answer, thanks.

a 17-year-old girl has had general malaise and progressive intermittent pain in the knees over the past 6 weeks. She has a history of mouth ulcers. She is using hydrocortisone cream to treat a rash on her cheeks. Lab show:
Hb 7.2g/dl
Hct 31%
Leuk 21000/mm3
Plt 37,000/mm3
a. gonococcal arthritis
b. juvenile rheumatoid arthritis
c. lyme disease
d. psoriatic arthritis
e. reiter syndrome
f. SLE

I go for F. SLE due to the clue: rash on cheeks.
