I say B because cryptococcal meningitis is pretty common in HIV patients, and it looks like the big white area is the capsule. Correct me if I'm wrong. Could it be anything else? Thanks.

cryptococcus neoformans appear so in india ink preparation. But in tissue biopsy with H&E staining??? any other idea?
