C I think. because the proof reading activity of DNA polymerase is a 3 to 5 exonuclease one.

DNA Polymerase III has 3- 5 exonuclease activity

while DNA Polymerase I has 5 - 3 exonuclease activity

whether Q is imcomplete or Acurracy is relaed to one of these Enzyme.

I will go for 5-e exonuclease Choice D
