With regards to the $45 NBME online exams, how is it possible to save a question as an image file? If anybody has doubts that it can be done... http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/thread/34076 thanks! appreciate your response!

i don't know if my way is the easiest but i just press the print screen button and save it on word

thanks, I'm having trouble doing that. Do you have to press another key with it, like Control + "Print Screen" ?

no i just press "print screen" then go to a word document i have opened and click paste. it should work.

Don't know if people know this, but if you use Firefox to do the NBME tests, you can select (highlight) all the info for each question and drag it into Word. It will even put the pictures in there. I think if you use Internet Explorer it doesn't let you do this (or so a classmate told me).
