Aspirin irreversibly inhibits COX in platelets. What effect does this have on TXA (thromboxane), PGE prostaglandins), and PGI (prostacylins)?

thromboxane is a platelet aggregator right and aspirin is antiplatelet aggregator so it inhibits the synthesis of thromboxane.. aspirin inhibits the formation of PGE (prostaglandins) and PGI2 by inhibiting COX 1 and 2-non selectively so aspirin decrease the formation of TXA2,PGE ,PGI2..
