Had already put this in the prev med forum, but i think thts seldom visited... What is the influenza vaccination prophylaxis age cut-off? Kaplan(2006) says 50 yrs, whereas UW(2006) mentions 65 yrs. Which is more reliable?? Thanks.

I doubt if the 65 should be cut off. It actually is an indication. Correct me if I am wrong.

to keep up-dating on this issue.....just saw another statement made in UW(prev med), "Nowadays the cut-off for influenza vaccine is being reduced to 55 years in healthy adults." ..lol
