why the disappearance of the radial pulse during the thoracic outlet?

It is due to the cervical RIB that compress the lower trunk of Brachail Plexus and the Subclavian artery and because of this artery compression there is weak to abscent radial pulse. It become worse on moving the head to the opposite side and a Bruit is heard over the Subclavian artery
