Hi Iīd like to know, what is the difference between these types of Qs??????, bc Iīve seen that everybody makes some effort to distinguish them... Oh! also can u tell me the difference between BRS (what is that?), kaplan, etc... Please clarify this to me, Im lost!

BRS is Board review series. they have a book in virtually all the subjects. kaplan is a body that organisses lectures for professional exams including USMLE. they probably have the best programme. you can find out more about them on their website. kaplan.com. you can also buy their lecture notes from people who took their courses or you may go to ebay and buy. i do not understand the questions you are asking about

Thanks Tolito I mean Qs from NBME and kaplanīs, what is the difference? bc everybody wants to know if the Qs that r posted are from kaplan or NBME.

nbme are exams meant for self-assesment. they give u an idea of what score u can expect. kaplan's qbank is a practice source with 2000 questions. its more to get the hang of answering question in usmle format than a score predictor. when people post q's here its good to state that they are from nbme forms since it wouldn't be a good way of assesing yourself is u already know what questions to expect. unless you've already done a specific nbme form i'd recommend sticking to kaplan questions until you are ready to make a self-assesment of your progress
