Treatment of Invasive cancer of breast ( that is stage 1 to 4) is (1) breast conservative surgery +(2) radiotherapy +/_ (3) adjuvant sys. therapy ( chemo or antihormonal). Right?

what is position of Herceptin in the treatment, when should it be used?

and 1 more question: lumpectomy/radiotherapy is contraindicated in pregnancy, is it not possible that we can cover the abdomen with some protectice sheet and give radiotherypy to breast.

  #3

and still one more question In TNM classification
TX means the tumor can't be measured or found. T0 means there isn't any evidence of the primary tumor what is the difference?
