Treatment of Invasive cancer of breast ( that is stage 1 to 4) is (1) breast conservative surgery +(2) radiotherapy +/_ (3) adjuvant sys. therapy ( chemo or antihormonal). Right? what is position of Herceptin in the treatment, when should it be used?

lumpectomy is not contraindicated in pregnancy. Only radiotherapy and chemo is. also chemo is not to be given only in first trimester. please add more information to this. this is from kaplan surgery notes.
