Kaplan notes(2006) mentions 50yrs as the cut off, UW 65 years to administer the influenza vaccine. Any help on this plz?

cut off age is 65 for influenza and pneumococcal....
influenza vaccination is given annually thereafter and pneumococcal single vaccination after the age of 65 is sufficient......

CDC and CMDT both say 65. and annually thereafter.
