Some services ask for you have at least 6 months of US clinical experience, can you have a observership with any doctors and this will be a clinical experience or you need to apply to some program ? Thanks for any help!

The bottom line is that those programs are not ECFMG friendly and you should stay away from them. This requirement for "US clinical experience" before residency is like catch 22. It's not possible to have 6 mo of US clinical experience as an International Madical Student, because this means spending every summer doing couple of months of Visiting medical student interships. Your parents must have some disposable cash for you to be able to afford this. A friend of mine from India told me that "US clinical experience" translates into Hindu as "We don't like foreigners" I think he meant it as a joke, but if there were no jokes a lot of truths would be left unspoken After all everyone in this country came from somewhere, with the exception of the American-Indians.
