One of the grey areas...
You can hire them if ya have the $$...but would be good not to totally rely on their service only...I mean, use yr head and do your bit tooo (kinda defeats the purpose of hiring them, doesn't it??)
Unfortunately this is as far as I know..never actually knew anyone who had used any of these services..
