Where does the initial activation of immune response take place?
A. bone marrow
b. thymus
c. lymph nodes
D.GALT
E.none

What are the professional APC's?

I think the initial immune response will occur wherever the antigen meets the immune barrier- lymphatic tissue. Like for oral antigen, it is the tonsils, GALT. But most of all, I think I could pick Lymph node (the follicles as the main center) as the answer...
what is the answer?
