Im planning my CS for sept in philadelphia--however--when i tried to book a date--it showed no dates available does this mean all available dates are taken or that the dates are not yet open for sept?
if thats the case--when would they be expected to open?

THAT MEANS ALL DATES R ALREADY BOOKED BY SOME ONE.GO AHEAD AND BOOK IST AVAILABLE OTHERWISE U WILL NOT GET THAT ONE ALSO.GOOD LUCK

Don't give up!
Log in few times daily to check for cancellations which will definitely appear at some point.
I scheduled my exam 0n August 23 (the only available date), then changed it to aug 17, then to July 22. Hoping to move it even closer.
If You still end up having exam in LA, I can help You book the hotel.

check atleast every 10 min for 3/4 days

By the way, just few minutes ago changed my appointment from July 22 to July 13, 2006. Mission accomplished! Now I have a test date I'm comfortable with.
