what is the difference between singer's nodule and laryngeal papilloma??

laryngeal papilloma could be due to unprotected sex and other HPV viruses beside 16, 18, 31, 33, 35,

Well, only macroscopical appearance of those two lesions is similar since they both present as prominence into the lumen of the larynx.
Laryngeal papilloma is a real benign epithelial neoplasm; it is caused by HPV low risk types like 6 and 11.
Singer's nodule is not a real neoplasm, as I remember it contains teleangiectasiae and mixomatous stroma, while lining epithelium can be atrophic or hyperplastic or even displastic but no malignant alteration is expected.
