Which of the following labeled areas in the electron micrograph Of skeletal muscle almost disappears when the muscle is maximally Contracted? Can you please label what the structures are as well? Thanks

Supposedly HIZ move and A bands don't. I'm guessing that the answer is C Anyone want to agree?

c is the answer ... this is what i think a A band WHICH IS CONSTANT B is the z disc ( unaffeceted C is the i band ( areas of actin not overlapped by myosin d nucleus

I thought A was t-tubules and F was the A band. I'm guessing that E is the sarcoplasmic reticulum

i can say b is the z line and f is the A band {the size of the A band doesnt change} comments guys!!
