Mytime , it is good for you that you have found a discussion group . How was it today?
Zenith, are you doing micro from Kaplan or some other source ? You have really picked up the pace now. May God bless you with good health so that you can keep the same pace.
I guess all of us will be enjoying the weekend. Good for us
For me also there will be no studies over the weekend , actually until Monday. Will InshaAllah see you guys on Tuesday, after Eid.

i m fine tooo busy. now i think i have becum a waoman ,cz all i did is cook ,cook and cooookkk.
thanx alot zenith ,fo rur talk i really felt bad and good , good cz u told me all that and bad that i dunt study and shame on me .
mytime i can imagin ur cake i ll try it some day but not in near future now i m tried of cooking . i m still prcatincing ,cz just one year back i didnt know nothing abt ktchen i cudnt even make plain chicken ,but i m picking up now.
anyways u guy sr cool.
so everyyy one HAPPY DIWALI , AND EID MUBARAK.

Yes, focusmle here in maryland the colors are brilliant and i love it. Right through my window i can see as if all trees are on fire. I can just imagine what u see in canada.Hope to travel to ur counytry during a fall in my wish list.
u are also correct mytime. These wonderful colors in the trees remind me of oldkids trip to canada. But and  because not heard from him for sometime.
Not any work today. Plan to drive to westetrn maryland on sunday to see, yes fall colors.

U guys........me'is back.............Had a great great weekend.
huh? so it's Eid today...Godd EID MUBARAK and plz write about all ur fun.
Wish we lived closer so i cud come and hog at ur places...anyway plan to make at least sewain myself. I cooked dinner on Diwali at 11 pm and ate at 12...were so busy arranging the function next day.Surya's Havan i's was amazing! Guys have a great day with all the festivities..me have to take Surya for Vaccination and then books..bye...love to all.

Happy to see u after the festive weekend. Get back to books as soon as posible.
I plan to finish respiratory physio inthe next couple of days. Not much work in the weekend.
By the way, does any one know about Dr Hansen's Biochemistry notes + Audio.Said to be as good as Dr Goljan's patho?
Seen the posts of every one except Oldkid? What is going on buddy? Talk to us if u are already in Canada. Love to hear from u. Miss ur company.

proctalgia: good luck with resp physio - i thought u were doing Pathology. i've read some positive reviews about Dr. Hansen's audio too, but don't plan to do it, since i'm already done with Biochem and the guy who taught it (Dr. Lionel Raymond) was pretty good. by the way, i like your avatar.
seems: glad to hear about your culinary skills - trust me, when i first came to the US, i couldn't cook for nuts either, but over time, i've really honed my cooking skills.
unique: i'm doing micro from kaplan - talk about picking up pace - i didn't touch my books over the weekend and surprisingly, i'm not even feeling guilty. well anyway, i'm all set to attack my books from today and pick up from where i left. well, hope u enjoy the eid celebrations today and get back to Pathology from tomorrow.

Hi guys:
I have already asked this question to my group but since most of u r close to being done with ur ist read I wanted to know if KLN, MMRS and FA enough for micro. IOW do I really need to listen to the audios. I do not think that they will clarify anything since Micro is mostly memorization.
What do u guys think? Am I doing the right thing? Remember that I am an old grad. I want to make sure I cover the material well but I also do not want to waste any more time.
Please advise.
BTW where are Target and Oldkid? Please post.

Hey guys,
It is Eid day today and I am really busy having fun. Just sat to relax with my cup of tea and thought of my mle family.
For me no books today and most of the day tomorrow as there is so much to clean up for tomorrow.
Did not call my parents back home yet because of my husky voice due to sore throat .My mom gets worried to know about my minor illnesses but I know she will be worried even more if does not hear from me today.So will call her tonight. I am wearing the fancy shalwar qameez she sent for me and will have to pose infront of webcam when speak to her
Zade, I think your resources for micro are enough. Videos do not really add much . May be you can listen to them while doing your chores or work out ect. to save time .I am a big fan of MMRS . It makes learning micro fun. BTW you are doing a good job .Keep it up.
OK guys , I am done with my tea. Time to log off now. CU soon. Byeeeeee.........

unique: good to see u enjoying yourself. i wish my mom was as tech savvy as your mom. internet is such a blessing!!
zade: like unique said - ur resources are more than sufficient for micro. i'm actually doing micro these days and i'm doing it only from kaplan at the moment (i plan to study FA later.) MMRS is a great book, but i think kaplan is sufficient for micro, provided u know it cold.
mytime: what to do - i actually had to study yesterday, since i wasted Friday, Sat and Sunday. but i couldn't do much - thanks to my neck/shoulder pain. i'm so fed up of living with this stress and pain. i'm seeing another doctor tomorrow - hope i can find some relief..........i was really banking on acupuncture, but that didn't help at all!!! reunion with hubby was great - thankfully this was his last trip for the year! how r u coping with your fibromyalgia?
where is the rest of the gang??????

Good to see that every one had fun.
hmmm my eid was goo d,but i was alittle sad cz for the 1st time ,i idnt have anyone elder at my place ,so mised my parents alot . the last time i had an aunty so it was fun wz them . i wish my next eid is wz them ,INSHA ALLAH.
my friend live sooo far away, , but its ok i have u guys.
so i wore this really nice fancy pink shalwar kamees ,and we had my hubby's friends over so it was fun wz them , i like them . next weekend an dthe one after we have eid parties again ,mannn these parties are never ending.
but we jhavee to study ,ill try frm today .
now enough of partying .
hey mytime, zenith ,unique its that u guys enjoyed.
my mom also wanted to see me ,but i didnt get the time ,to show them whta they sent me, cz i was soo busy that day ,ofcourse cooking and eating
but i manged to see them ,at night ,they all looke dso good,specially my younger brother ,mann i miss him the most ,he is sooo cute.
