NV, get the dvd player that can play all AVI, DIVX mp3[ not play Papi though ]
With my complaint to get one mopre mech to play dvd like pc or dvd player with AVI, DVIX , instead of new pc, hubby give me dvd player with all functions.
That very cheap compare to pc & can play my dvd, vcd video music too .
Try it NV .

My best friend here just complained that her 12 year old daughter was reading Harry potter till 3 a.m and sleeping till 3 p.m.......! What a coincidence........I wish I could study like that for USMLE......any Monday .....it is striving hard to finish all moving stuff by sunday so Monday it is USMLE day. RIght now in lab 10 p.m with our hero....who wants bad to get back to his TV. Good night guys!n STudy hard....

u guys, Harry Porter? I even read Dracula like that and kept seeing images outside my window and continued reading. Coz I didn't wanna see them the next day!
OK Now abt the Qs. as before i'll post a subject and no. of qs to be done. We all have the same downloaded recent version Of Kap so sud not be a problem.Anyone who doesn't contact SHWe / me on yahoo. I spent an entire morning makin SHWE happy.

thank u all so very much for your support and understanding. as promised, i'm back, but not for long. mytime: my landline phone company shut down (can u believe it?!) and i still haven't got a new provider - may be that's why u couldn't get thru the number.
anyway, life at my end has been very eventful - i tried to reduce my hours at work - took a paycut to study for this exam and the fool that i was, when my boss asked me why i wanted to cut back my hours, i told him the truth, thinking that people in America appreciate honesty - not so, my friends. i still have to learn how to be tactful and learn the tricks of working in a corporate world. that one action of mine stirred up every one else in my department - well, its a no-brainer - very few people want to see you succeed. suffice it to say there was a big upheaval and my job is in jeopardy now. as much as i would like to quit at this point (every day at work is TORTURE) - i cannot, because i've applied for my permanent residency thru my work and my boss knows that and that's why he's being so difficult. he's given me 2 books (about 1500 pages) to read in the next 3 months - i really need to prove my commitment to my present job at this point. not a day goes by when i don't cry out to God for His help - i'm sure this is all part of His plan for my life - He's pruning me and teaching me to be humble, patient and perseverant. the stress has been too much for me to handle - so i stopped visiting the forum because that would make me more tensed, since i felt i was not studying anything, but then i figured there's no point hiding. eveyone's circumstances are different. at this stage, i cannot give up on my permanent residency - i've worked very hard for it. God willing, i'm hoping for the paperwork to come through in the next couple of months, but till that happens, i've decided to give my best shot at work (and guess what - my boss even expects me to work from home now. by the way - i've gone back to working full-time) - i'll do the best i can and once this trial is over, i'll give the best at achieving my other long-term goal - passing the USMLE. through this experience, i've definitely figured that i'm not good at multi-tasking - i can only do one thing at a time and do it well. so i've taken a break from my prep, but i'm not giving up on my dreams. i'll come back - my only prayer is that its soon enough.
meanwhile, i wish each one of you (don't want to take any names, lest i miss someone) the very best in his/her prep and wish u all the score of your dreams- i'm sure u'll all be in step-II forum when i return, but i promise to catch up....
i'm so blessed to have u all in my life and i'll definitely miss u all, but like i said - this is a temporary separation - we meet to part and part to meet again.....

AIM99 Can't believe u actually told him that! Hmmmmmmm U deserve what u are getting!
Ur own folly so stop crying everynight and get it over with fast and feel Blessed that at least u'll get a GC out of it unlike many others!
And abt. this after all that crap this will be a cakewalk but remember not crying when u get here, coz this is what u want and not having it makes u like that!
