A. associated with dermatomyositis but not temporal arteritis

B. associated with temporal arteritis but not dermatomyositis

C. associated with both dermatomyositis and temporal arteritis

D. associated with neither dermatomyositis nor temporal arteritis

C is the right answer.both of them cause fever,anemia,weakness and leukocytosis.
