Ovarian cancer.

It is the adenocarcinoma of the coprpus uteri.
Ovarian cancer has the highet mortality rate amongst pelvic cancers.

Could anyone support me?

isnt the most common gyn malignacy endometrial Ca ...around 1% of the pop (woman), it also has the best prognosis.

MC benign = leiomyoma (fibroids)

MC uterine sarcoma = leiomyosarcoma

MC overall ovarian mass = follicular cyst

also cystadenocarcinoma of ovaries is the MC ovarian tumor
