I go for D. an occlusion in the right renal artery would result in decreased blood floww to that kidney and so it would secrete more renin which will be found in the right renal vein. But for the operation to be successful the other kidney must secrete less renin that is it is suppressed by the right kidney so renin should be less in the left renal vein when compared to right renal vein.
