A 25 year old primi gravid woman at 34 weeks gestation comes to the physician for a routine pernatal examination. She just noticed an enlargement of a small pigmented bump she has had since birth. Physical examination shows a 6mm tan projection on the chest just below the mammary crease in the midclavicular line. the structure has irregular margins and is not tender. The structure is most likely whihc of the following?

Ans D looks like melanoma irregular mergins >5mm in size and most imp increasing in size why should a nipple increase in size at 25

irregular margins can not be in accessory nipples.
A simple nevus can do exist from the birth and then later in life becomes malignant.

hey guys...its really answer A...bcz they clearly mentioned the location of accesory nipple...for melanoma they shouldnt have mention these types of detailed locations...hey..are you agree with me?
