I'm on 250th page of physio. From the previous chapter I didn't understand anything, I couldn't answer Qs . Not moving to the next page w/o understanding that page is a good method. It is time consuming but I am not afraid of the chapters qs anymore. Thank you med4geeks for sharing.

i feel like I'm getting used to studying more each day. I have difficulty in managing my time. I study all day but just finish 30 pages. I hope it will pass. Still in respiratory physio plan to finish it be4 going to library tomorrow.

  #28

I didn' t study the whole day.

  #29

Tomorrow I'll wake up at 5. I'll start studying in half an hour.
I'll study till 7.00 am. Start to get ready and go to the lcafe near library so I must be out of the house at 7.30 apprx.
You should see me when I'm studying at the library, I frequently take naps. I love taking naps.
I'll study as much as possible till 8 pm. 8 pm is the time that i can't take any more.
Then I'll go swimming!!!!That's the part i love the most. I'll arrive home at 9.40 pm. That's the time you can find me online.
During the day I can be online too. Bcz there is wireless in the libraries' 2nd floor.

In what order should I read the books?
First you should take the books you have and organize them in a logical order
One example could be:
1.Phisiology
2.Molecular biology/ biochemistry
3.Immunology
4.Microbiology
5.Pharmacology
6.Pathology

Why? Because like everybody says Step 1 is about concepts and the integration of concepts, and a logical order in the reading you choose would help you to get a sequence and a much more interesting way of learning.
(Anatomy and Behavioral science could maybe be read separately….except for neuroanatomy that could be integrated with CNS pathology)

above is copied from mosaico's prep advices. thanks mosaico. I think it's great before I start my plan.

  #49

When reading stop if you don’t understand the specific concept you are reading, and go over and over it to make sure you got that concept… Could I explain it to somebody else?

First you should accept that you don’t and didn’t understand a lot of terms and subjects, so (again) study them rapidly one more time and “get the big picture” as Dr Goljan says… (hematology chapter, Anemia)

For me up till now I studied physio and I feel I didn't understand it. Because I read slowly I forget really quickly so I can't answer the Qs. I dislike watching the videos bcz it takes too much time when I watch them after a long time after my reading.

WHEN YOU ARE READING THE LAST PAGES OF THIS JOURNAL YOU WILL BE SURPRISED THAT I GET 99. HEY, THIS GIRL READ PHYSIO IN A MONTH AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
STUDYING IS PROGRESS, I DESIRE 99, I'LL GET 99. I'LL BE AN OB-GYN RESIDENT. I'LL WORK HARD. I'LL RISE.nod
