Agree E. The spleen removes encapsulated organisms, so asplenic patients need vaccines for those organisms, pneumococcus, Haemophilus, etc...

E: 23-Valent pneumococcal only infects old people while C: infulenza come in age bracket therefore i would go for C

well, thing is its the encapsulated bacteria which are cleared up by the spleen and the primary ones are Haemophilus Influenzae, Pneumococci and Meningococci, so splenic pts shud be vaccinated against these! however here, its about influenza virus, not Haemophilus, otherwise it wud hv been mentioned! also aspelic individuals do not hv any additional risk for Influenza virus infection! so answer is E.
