hey

i am from india
i have b1 visa till 2010 feb i will be givin my step 1 2 ck and cs by


2009 jun. i intend to apply for 2010 residency ..since the matching date will be in march2010 i will be not be able to stay in usa .. will i stiill get a H1b visa from my home country
