28 y/o female c/o fatigue, diarrhea, arthalgia, tired, weak, multiple bowel movement and presented to your office. Lab: ANA positive with no discoid lupus rash. What is the diagnosis with ANA positive ?

Mixed connective tissue disorders (MCTD) possible.
Sjogren's not sure as no symptoms suggestive.
SLE not possible as 9/11 score not met

Answer to Question 1 is E ALL of above ANA is in almosts all inflammtory disease

Also ANA is in about 15% of "normal" population !
