In real life, we all give different medications to patients ! Different patients have different responses and I can tell you many stories of different responses of medication to different patients. Otherwise, we will be replaced by PDR, computers !!!

I did provide you the link, on the topic with the RA. obviously you didn't read it. buy hey, I'm not going to make a big deal out of this, I'll stick for now with the USMLE style scenarios, which are fortunatelly less tricky and more straight forward than real life medicine. relaaxxx.....

Offtopic: I like the pictures you post on the forum

Dr. Alina T,

From my personal experience, I have seen some men with severe Rheumatoid arthritis, they never complained and worked their whole life in factories or as farmers and never ask for medictions, no pain pills.

but women patients with Rheumatoid arthritis c/o so much. I am not a sexist.

Because AS is a disease affecting most men, AS do present with systematic disease, but RA is a predominately female disease and they demand so much so TNF modifers may be given in so many situations in RA.

Men don't complain as much in AS ! (This is a clinical experience and no textbook is going to tell me that !)
