polydipsia, volume expansion and saline infusion etc as they would increase the preload and cardiac output and hence blood pressure so inorder to compensate these effects renin will decrease and this inturn will decrease the aldosterone level which in turn will decrease Na and water reabsorption and hence urine flow will increase so the out come will be decrease in extracellular fluid volume, decrease in preload and cardiac out put and so blood pressure would decrease and get back to normal!
