11yo boy jumps of 10ft wall. 2 days of increasing pain on his rigt foot. Has noticed CRUNCHING of his foot. PE: Foot appears normalexcept for SUFFUSION on plantar surface. Passive motion of 2nd toe and dorsiflexion of foot elicit pain. Dx.: What does crunching mean? What does suffusion mean?
