How to differentiate ependymoma and medulloblastome in pathology slides??

both produce pseudorosettes around capilaries

medulloblastoma - show homer wright pseudorosettes in wh the tumor cell r arranged bout a central space filled with fibrillar extensions of the cells

ependymoma - perivascular pseudo rosettes are seen more frequently
