i applied to 142 programs. 103 IM, 20 Derman, 19 Radiology.

so far 5 interviews, 1 hold, 3 rejections. That's 133 (94 percent) unanswered applications. my creditionals: 232/94, CS passed, CK in 4 weeks, No USA LOR, Green Card Holder. When will this end........Just venting...........

What does being put on hold mean?? I have atleast 3-4 of those.

Few more IV's from: Spokane, Wa; soundshore, Easton, Southcarolina, MSU/Kalamazoo

It means they cannot give you an interview at this moment, but they do not want to reject you either. Should more interview spots open (due to cancellations) they will offer you one.

Hi everyone,
I have recieved just one iv call and 8 rejections and 1 on hold. my scores are 95/92/cs passed. i'm looking for h1b and applied only to those programs who have the option of sponsoring h1.
can someone tell me what is it that i'm doing wrong. now i'm getting really anxious as it's been over 45 days since a positive response. please anyone who is in the same situation of visa and score share their experience with me.
