Spousal abuse iand job accidents are under reported, so I can't imagine that is the answer.

Home accidents happen all the time, but there is no official statistic if they are not reported so I can't imagine that either

Apparently by the WHO stats Domestic Abuse is the # 1 cos of Injury of Women all over th eWorld n esp in the Third World Countries where its heavily underreported

for women - spouse abuse/domestic violence
for men - inintended injuries;

abused men (by spouses) also more severe than abused women (as spouses)
elser abuse = most freq neglect, by caretaker = freq spouse;

Domestic violence is the #1 cause of injury to American women (for men, traffic
accidents and other unintentional injuries are #1).
