A 40 year old woman ,a non smoker with a H/O moderate alchohol use presents with a 4 month H/O weight loss and dysphagia.An important finding on physical exam related to this presentation will be

1.pigmentation of lips

2.teleniectasia of nasopharynx

3.lichen planus

4.hyperkeratosis of palms

5.psoriasis vulgaris

acanthosis nigricans? - reflection of a internal malignancy,
but it presents as velvety hyperpigmentation mainly envolving the flexural areas

Patients with disphagia tend to loose weight... its just an idea though.

Can't find a reason why the others could cause disphagia
