in the case of suicide we can break confidentiality. But wht it means?! We are supposed to tell everyone about the possibility of suicide? Whom are we supposed to tell?

someone threatening suicide is a hospital emergency---get that person to psych E.R. legally you get the person to E.R. but you are not legally bound to tell family
