if done by computer once form186 is recieved it is suppose to be processed within 10 days

i called up the ecfmg and they said that due to heavy volume they require atleast 15 business days to finish the process...any of u guys in my situation and biting nails thinking abt wot happened...don't worry...it will be processed soon

hi scooby,a friend of mine applied for extension.the speedpost people say the form was recieved on 24th,but these ecfmg people have neithersent an email nor updated on oasis.his deadline was 25th,so he is very tensed about it.do you think they are taking time processing it.but atleast they should have informed regarding recieving of form and draft.what should be done?plz help.

disha, sorry i can't b of much help here but i think the best thing for your friend to do would be to call ecfmg as soon as possible....i think the delay was because of the heavy volume though.
