If neural crest cells do not migrate to heart and form connective tissue and smooth muscle of truncoconal septum--you can get tricuspid stenosis, Tetralogy or VSD

along with the membranous AP and AV septun...dont the neural crest cells also form the endocardial cushion in the atrial septum? ...so i guess..... along with the defects in the AP and AV septum, the patient should also have endocardial cushion defect...... :?
