19 yr young woman presents with right lower segment abdomen pain least likely the diagnosis is-

appendicitis

cholecystitis

diverticulitis

crohn disease

ureterolithiasis

But how it is possible to have right lower quad pain in choleystitis???

sometimes the gall bladder is so big that the pain is more inferior. it is also a well known differential of acute appendicitis.

diverticulitis is left sided appendicitis .

diverticulitis is usually left sided but can also occur on right side.
