Dear friends, i need your help. i failed step2 cs twice and will be taking the exam again by the end of june in LA. The first results reported a failure in interpersonal skills. The second results reported a failure in SEP(english). now i' am confused i don't know what to do. please, i need your advices and support. I also do need a study partner in San Francisco.

Well for what they have said I believe you need to get a study partner. I think practicing with one or two people will be the best for you. Are in San Francisco or near San Francisco? I know someone that might be able to help you but this person lives about 2.5 hours from San Francisco. Also I suggest you practice your English with people. This means not only practicing live with other people but perhaps going to a place where you have to speak most of the time.

I have not gotten a study partner yet but i' am practising with my husband. Also i'am practising my english with people. I live in San Francisco Please do not hesiate to keep in touch if you know anybody around San Francisco Bay area.

Well since take advantage that Merie lives near-by. It will help you a lot practicing with someone. I am otu of the area but will be back at the end of this month so will the other person that I study with for CS. Hope we can still help you then.

Hi,
I was wondering where you took the exam, which center?
I am trying to take the exam in september and was trying to decide on the center.
I am immigrant and was wondering if the center matters for immigrants?
I am going to stay with my sister in Fremont, near SF, but am hesitating to take the exam in LA center as I heard reviews that the center is not immigrant friendly, so was wondering if I can get any feedback regarding that.
As of now, I am booked a slot in Atlanta, but it very far from here.

I took my test in LA and found the place to be very friendly. A large number there were IMG's. I cannot really say anything bad about it. I had a place to stay but for those who are staying and flying into the area. The airport is only a 5 minutes drive. The hotel only a 2 big blocks walk.
They treated everyone the same there. They were graduates from UCLA. No differecen in treatment. After the test I spoke with some of the test takers. Both US and IMG's and no one said anything negative about the place.

I took the exams in Philadelphia. They were friendly. i think the center does not matter. since you are in fremont it will be better to take the exam in LA
